A well-known internet marketer said they make money by avoiding competition.

In a nutshell, they were saying that the money is in long-tail, low competition keywords.

This has long been a mantra of mine for a long time!

I loved how they explained that competition automatically means you have to work harder and what we all want is to work less, right?

This is really obvious and yet one of those things we have to remind ourselves to do regularly.

Publishing content is the #1 thing I can do to make more money.

However, my devices aren't set up to do that very easily.

If I want to put embed my own pics in my website posts I have to transfer them from my phone to my laptop, edit them the way I want in Canva, crop the size, and then log into my website dashboard.

If I want to share an image or video from my phone with my private Facebook group, I have to transfer the image or video to my laptop, make any necessary edits, and then log into my FB account.

These things should be so much easier than this!

I'm going through settings and apps on my phone & laptop and making changes.

Soon, I should be able to simply snap a pic or record a video and share it immediately wherever I want.

Truly, the most wild thing I did the past month was to order a hamburger with something more than just ketchup. Yup - I'm typically a very plain burger kind of girl.

(It was a Maui Wowie burger from Sid's Garage and OMG!! It has ruined all other burgers for me forever.)

I came across a number (not one - multiple!) YouTube channels where all the videos are simply someone recording what they see when they walk through a particular kind of store.

In this case, these people were just walking through Goodwill and other used goods stores.

They weren't even doing any talking - they're just walking through and recording what they see.

These channels have THOUSANDS of followers and views of their videos.

I'd say I don't understand the fascination but I actually watched more than a handful myself so...

These people are making ad income from YouTube for these videos.

Wonder what other kinds of places you could record yourself walking through - especially this time of year? ;)
