Revisions to One Hour Affiliate & New Christmas Training
One Hour Affiliate is on Version 4
It's been a wild few weeks since the launch of 1 2 3 One Hour Affiliate.  Thanks to all of you who asked questions, shared examples, and followed through!  It's been so exciting to see people take action and - more importantly - to see people excited to TAKE action.

Not that there haven't been some challenges.  Some people have had their Blogger blogs deleted.  Interestingly, though, the majority of those who have requested an appeal of their locked blogs seem to be getting them unlocked.  It can take 24 hours but if you put some time into your blog and you're sure you followed the content writing guidelines in the book then this should be your first recourse.

If you're not sure if you've followed the instructions please email me and feel free to send an example post or two so I can give some specific feedback.

I've also had a chance to make some significant changes to 1 2 3 One Hour Affiliate.  These changes include:
  • Improved post writing instructions with more tips and examples
  • Instructions for how to update your published posts if you started without an Amazon Associates account and are then approved
  • Steps for turning off the default navigation bar built into the top of Blogger
  • How to create a custom header image as I did for the example site while still leaving the SEO enhancements in place
  • More clarity around how to mix up your post titles
  • How to backup your blog so you can save your content
  • Expanded the section on how to scale up your site
  • Information on how to verify your site with Google Webmaster Tools if your country does not have automatic Blogger verification
  • Modified instructions for country redirects when your blog does not show as a .com URL
In addition to changes to the main book, I've modified the two .txt files that came with the book.  The new code can be accessed through the links in the older versions of the book.  Here's what changed:
  • The template code file was modified to implement the SEO changes to the site when a header image is used BEHIND the site title and description text
  • The Blogger Post Code was changed so that it works with images that are rectangular as well as it does for images that are square
To access the latest version of your purchase you can do one of the following:
  1. Log into your WarriorPlus account, go to your profile, access your purchase history and download the latest version
  2. Click the download link on your purchase receipt
  3. Email me your receipt information and I'll email you the latest version
The delivery folder for the new version ends in "v4" as does the main book inside. 

New Christmas Training
My friend, Chris, has updated his very popular Azon Christmas Cash course for 2015 with video training on setting up a complete WordPress Amazon Associate affiliate marketing site.

The reason Chris's method works is that it gets right down to business with special keywords that do the BEST during holiday shopping seasons. 

Many of us would fold these kinds of phrases into our larger, established sites but Chris knows you can do a site that focuses only on these kinds of phrases and see rapid responses in a short period of time.

His video training is very thorough and covers niche selection, WordPress set up, which plugins to use, titles to use for additional holiday shopping traffic, and  a two page PDF on how to write and create your posts.

Each site you build is very focused on a specific product in a narrow niche but you can use it for all kinds of items that are hot during the holidays. 

His method for creating posts focuses on speed but can be used for expensive or inexpensive products. 

Chris and I have chatted about our strategies several times over the past couple of years and he and I think alike.  We prefer white hat methods which require some work but do well in Google and don't require any game-playing or sneaky, under-handed tricks.  You'd be building a legitimate site that can rank well.  Hee shows you why it will rank well and how to structure everything so you can see success this year.

And with that, we US folks are rushing into Thanksgiving which means Black Friday and Cyber Monday are right in front of us so it's crunch time!
