Having an email list is a powerful income tool.

You can send an email and generate sales of either your own products or someone else's as an affiliate within minutes.

You don't have to write long blog posts or wait for traffic to show up to your website.

It's probably no surprise that the fastest way to build an email list is with Facebook ads.

That means the opportunity to build a list is open to nearly everyone.

What stops people from building an email list this way is the sheer complexity of doing so.

If it were really easy everyone would be doing it, right?

After years of running ads, stopping, and starting again I've spent the past year very focused on fine-tuning my FB ads strategy.

This was driven by the increasing number of consumer data privacy laws and growing pressure on Facebook to improve user data security.

I am concerned this option will eventually tighten up, become more restrictive, and/or become much more expensive.

Therefore, my goal wasn't just to build an email list nor was it just to make money - it was to find out how to build profitable email lists with as little effort, time, and expense as possible.

I wanted to create a process that could be launched quickly, was repeatable, and scalable.

I've read endless articles, taken FB ad courses, and listened to podcasts and while each would give a tiny piece of the puzzle none of them gave me an end-to-end strategy that worked for me.

I had to test over and over and over in order to create my own strategy.

After months spent analyzing data I was able to narrow down the factors that made the BIGGEST difference in my results.

It wasn't my website that made a difference.

It wasn't my reputation.

It wasn't the number of Facebook followers I had.

It wasn't even really the ad image.

Instead, what turned out to be the most important was:
- Value of the lead magnet

- Type of Facebook ad

- Ad targeting strategy

- Trust building cycle

The way I run these ads I'm targeting people who have
NEVER heard of me before and I'm getting subscribers within minutes of setting up each ad.

For just $5/day you can have a list of almost 100 emails within a week.

My average cost per email subscriber the past 30 days has been $0.42 and that's for the very competitive internet and affiliate marketing niche targeting US, UK, and Canada - not known to be cheap ad audiences.

For every $35 spent I'm making back $60 for $25 in profit from affiliate sales (and that doesn't even account for the follow-up sales and future sales).

I'm also able to scale up my ads and the results stay consistent.

The low cost comes down to applying an ad audience targeting strategy I've never seen anyone share.

Once I had this all figured out my next challenge was how to create a process that I could repeat quickly any time I needed.

Here's what I did:
- Created a clone of the site setup I use for these FB ad campaigns that includes plugins, an image library and the pages you need - static home page, Thank You page, Confirmation Success page, and legal pages (no need to write any blog posts)

- Laid out the criteria for choosing the perfect product one should promote to a new email list

- Identified an easy-to-follow outline for creating a strong, attention-getting lead magnet

- Spelled out step-by-step how to use the product to create a series of emails that SELL WITHOUT SELLING (no need to create pushy, obnoxious emails)

- Most powerful of all - I painstakingly outlined exactly how to come up with the audience one needs to target on Facebook for ANY NICHE in order to get low ad costs

I call this method Speedlister.

That's what I'm launching Saturday morning.

It's my entire strategy - the clone site, the step-by-step instructions for choosing a product to promote, creating your email list, creating your email series, selecting the audiences to target with your ads, and the instructions for setting up and running the ads.

I'll let you know when it goes live.

Thanks!

Sincerely,

Erica Stone
