Did you know that businesses are projected to spend $6.8 BILLION on affiliate marketing by 2020?
Isn't that absolutely crazy? It means there is a HUGE opportunity for us to make a great deal of money going forward.
But things just aren't as easy as they used to be.
Because there's so much money sitting in the pot the competition has become more fierce.
Bankrate recently reported that their survey revealed that 45% of US working adults had a side gig in order to supplement their income and I can only imagine how many of them are working on affiliate marketing.
The interest in affiliate marketing has also grown 140% in the past 5 years and it looks like the line on the chart will keep climbing.
We've got to be better than we were just to stay afloat!
On top of that Google is really pushing hard for super-fast site speeds in order to get and keep your rankings. They recently added an "experimental" speed report to Google Webmaster Tools to kick us into gear and have shared that Google Chrome may soon warn visitors that a website is slow in advance - giving your visitors an out before they even get
to your content.
And the biggest content marketers are using artificial intelligence to help them create content much more quickly.
If it's not obvious yet - what I'm saying is things are rapidly CHANGING all around us!
