Thanks to all who responded so quickly for the review copies.  I had some great feedback - especially from Steve who is an WSO writer's dream as an editor!  
 
I still have a number of PMs asking for copies and I don't want to get any wires crossed so I do want to confirm that all review copies are gone.  (Sorry - hate that part!)
